The gym definitely kicked my ass today

The gym definitely kicked my ass today, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. This time last year I was in a totally different place & mind set. Today I feel like I’m heading in the right direction. Not just with my health, but with life in general. I’m not planning to stop any time soon. This is a life style, not a hobby.

There are about 1.5 years between these pictures

There are about 1.5 years between these pictures. If I had stayed on the path that I was on, I would be dead by now. But I took a different road and am now as far into my recovery process as I have never been before. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I honestly didn’t even think I could get as far as I am now. So I choose to believe that nothing is impossible. That recovery truly is possible for everybody. You, me, we all deserve to be healthy and happy.
There are no hopeless cases. Never ever ever give up on yourself.
A year from now you will wish that you had started today.
Don’t waste another day remaining in your illness.
Take the first step.
Not next year.
Not in a week.
Not tomorrow.
NOW.
The rest will follow👣

Christmas Bloating

LAST NIGHT VS THIS MORNING!!! First things first, Merry Christmas everyone❤️☃️ if you can’t tell I’ve been stuffing myself with all kinds of foods… everything and anything in sight haha. From chocolate, to pecan pies, to bread with everything on it and lots & lots of cookies😛 as a result I ended up with the biggest food baby I’ve ever created and I named her Bonita😂 I woke up this morning feeling leaner than ever so bring on round 2 🍽 .
Enjoy yourself everyone, it’s completely okay to eat overboard at the moment, but just get back on track after the holidays!

5 MONTH TRANSFORMATION

🌟MY 5 MONTH TRANSFORMATION🌟 – So happy with the results of my bulk!! I gained a total of 22 lbs (9 kg) in 9/10 months and that made me really happy as I LOVED getting more curvy☺️ Started my cut 5 months ago, and after cutting down it is also very exciting to discover how much muscle I have actually gained during my bulk!💪

The benefits of bulking are that you can eat lots of food 🍩 AND you make really good progress in the gym🏋️‍♀️ The only downside is that you see less and less muscle in the mirror due to the weight that you put on and that can make you feel like you are not making any progress..🙈 While in fact, underneath the fluff – gains being made. It is amazing to see what your body is capable of 🙌

Do you choose to bulk and cut during the year? It can be really beneficial to your progress in the gym and can actually result in a better physique!
Many fitness competitors choose to bulk on their off season.
This helps them gain muscle (as they are not in a calorie deficit) AND helps keep them sane, as they are more relaxed with their diet.
Then, close to competition time, they start to “cut” to get rid of the excess fat they put on, but will retain the muscle they built during bulking season so they look better than ever!!

I checked back my old sherbloat post and notice what a difference haha btw, this post is NOT ABOUT SLIMMING OR LOSING WEIGHT. I didn’t expect these results because I only wanted to be more energised and stop falling sick but I wanna tell you that if you really do wanna make a change, mind also comes first. I decided that I have to take charge of my life and I kind of force it through. I started going to the gym after work and it’s really tiring during the first week. Second week got better. Then third week was the shittiest cz I had my PMS. But I still try to run more than just walk. I would run to buy lunch and sprint really fast in the mall 😂 instead of walking. It really does help to push up my energy and after a month of building back up my active lifestyle I really do feel so so much better! I focus a lot internally. Because I have depression and my mind is the most important of all. And I still eat quiet a lot of nonsense so in really not restricting the diet. What I learn from this experience is that, it is important to be active. And I don’t believe in restrictive diet because I know none of the diet can last long. So I eat whatever I want, but I always try to at least eat healthier instead of burger everyday. The first week is always the hardest, second week begin to be ok. Third week is always PMS and you would feel defeated but no worries cz fourth week you will feel ok again. I remind myself. Keep going 💪
