Hello. I’m 5’6! I started my healthy eating and exercise for New Years and having been working at it ever since. 🙂 I cut down on junk foods like candy and fast food. I still have them once in a while. I completely cut out pop a few years back, and have continued this habit. I started eating more vegetables and fruits. I walk for at least 10 minutes daily but my goal is to start doing more! I am wanting to cut out dairy completely do to being lactose intolerant, and I have switched skim milk for unsweetened almond milk. These two photos are a 15 pound difference, though I still have 20-30 more pounds to go. I’m totally open to talking about weight loss and healthy lifestyles with you all. 🙂 I thought my 15 pounds wasn’t a huge difference but the picture proves it I think.
