Since then I’ve gotten a little less strict, but I meal prep every Sunday and eat protein and veggies for breakfast and lunch every day, and then whatever it is my husband and kids want for dinner. I don’t exercise hardcore (just walks on lunch, chasing babies, and nightly dance parties) so I’ve tried to create a lifestyle that, for me, is sustainable.”
