Really motivated body change…

Left: october 2012 Right: may 2013 SW: 245 CW: 2009 i dont have a weight goal since i just want to reduce my fat % My major loss (30 lbs) was during the first 3 months in february i started lagging on the gym because i switched jobs and my schedule got messed up, i started going back by the end of april again (i work out 4-5 days a week) and all this time ive been trying to eat healthy even though its quite difficult for me, i quit drinking and my social life is pretty much over, i only take protein (about 90 grams a day) and i dont drink anything with stimulants, cut my carbs down and try to rest at least 7 hours a day, it is difficult but looking at this B/A makes me feel really motivated!
